Material Technician/Packager, 2nd Shift

employer match), Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, Paid Parental Leave, PTO, Paid Holidays, and more! * Professional Growth: Enhance your skills with hands-on experience to be considered for promotional opportunities What You Will Do: * Package Materials: You will review order instructions, label and package materials to meet customer specifications and quality standards. * Operate Equipment Safely: Utilize tools such as micrometers, calipers, tape guns, and banding equipment. * Maintain Quality and Safety: Identify and report any damage or quality issues and advocate for safety by adhering to guidelines and wearing personal protective equipment. * Support Team Efforts: Work collaboratively with production crew to meet assigned goals and complete additional job-related responsibilities as assigned Who We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Minimal manufacturing and/or warehouse experience is required
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to operate assigned equipment

safely, and effective communication skills. * Physical Requirements: Ability to frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds, mount & dismount equipment, capable of walking, climbing and bending for periods of time, and be comfortable working in hot and cold atmospheres depending on weather conditions What Makes You Stand Out:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two years of manufacturing and/ or warehouse experience
• Basic computer skills such as data entry and retrieval
• Lift truck operation experience
