*Regional Sales Director experience in Senior Living required
At Pegasus Senior Living, we are dedicated to celebrating and enhancing all lives with kindness and integrity. We are seeking an experienced result-driven Regional Director of Sales to lead occupancy growth, sales performance, and marketing initiatives across a portfolio of Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. This leadership role is ideal for a strategic sales professional who thrives on coaching teams, developing market strategies, and driving census growth while fostering a culture of excellence. Regional leadership in the Independent Living Sales sector is required.

Highlights of the Regional Director of Sales Position:
- Bachler's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations/Communications or related field
- Proven success in sales management and leadership with exceptional customer service skills
- 3+ years’ experience in multi-community/regional sales manager role with supervisory experience In Senior Living
- Ability to travel up to 75%
- Above average presentation skills including interactions with managers, clients, customers and the general public
- Must be self-directed, able to prioritize task as well as have the ability to accept directives
