Position Overview:

Kaiser Permanente – Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine trained physician to join our Tahoma Panel Replacement Services team. This unique position provides coverage for long‑term assignments across our Tacoma, Steel Street and Puyallup Medical Centers.

• This position is 100% outpatient with no call required.
• You will have an excellent balance of patients per day and work with a centralized Telehealth Medical Center team to support your patients 24/7.
• The Inbox support team will manage up to 70% of your in‑basket messages.
• AI Scribing & Summarization supports cutting down charting time by half.
• In our integrated health care model, our clinicians have instant access to dozens of specialties, which allows for a level of collaboration and comprehensive treatment your patients deserve.
• Salary Range: $279,366 to $328,666
• Value Based Incentives: Annual bonus based on organizational goals and quality metrics
• Generous Employer Retirement Contributions: Upon eligibility WPMG will contribute 10.3% of your base salary to your 401(K) with additional employee contributions being optional
• Cash Balance Plan: Additional means to save for retirement

New Incentives:

Qualifications

• Medical Degree MD/DO Required
• BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Required
• Ability to obtain: Unrestricted Federal DEA
• Ability to obtain: WA State Medical License
