Qualifications

• State License License must be in hand at time of application.
• Certifications BLS (AHA). Willing to obtain allowed for BLS (AHA).
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in General in last 3 years.
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Women's Health in last 3 years.
• Skills Assessment WOP skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• Skills Assessment GPT skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent employee of this Health System in the past year.
• Additional Confirmations AROM/AAROM/PROM, extremity mobilization, myofascial release, and spinal mobilization experience is required.
• Additional Confirmations Assistive devices, crutches, gait belts, rolling walkers, sliding boards, and standard walkers experience is required.
• Additional Confirmations Body mechanics, cervical traction, cryotherapy, E-stim, moist heat, supplemental oxygen delivery, TENS, and ultrasound experience is required.
• Additional Confirmations Gait training and strength testing experience is required.
• Flu Vaccine (Current Season) Must be for the current flu season. Medical and religious declinations are accepted.
• Travel Contract Local contracts within 150.0 miles not accepted.
