Responsibilities Provide an exceptional shopping experience for each customer and cultivate an inviting atmosphere. Deliver outstanding customer service, directing customers to products that will help their gardens succeed. Perform general retail tasks such as stocking materials, watering plants, answering phones, and keeping the area clean. Engage with customers to ensure they feel at home in the center and offer assistance with purchases. Contribute to a collaborative team environment and support colleagues as needed. Qualifications Ability to lift 20+ pounds. Ability to stand, sit, or walk for long periods of time. Plant knowledge or gardening experience is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as in a team; foster an environment that supports learning, growth, and fun. Self-starter with dependability, professionalism, and a team-oriented mindset.
