As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care to our residents. You will be responsible for providing basic nursing care to patients, monitoring their health, and reporting any changes to our medical team. Responsibilities
- Provide basic nursing care to patients, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
- Participate in quality assurance and quality improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff
Requirements
Current LPN license in the state of Georgia
0 years of experience as an LPN (new graduates welcome to apply!)
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and service
