Responsibilities

Scheduling for all Load In and Load Out
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Assist with payroll and time clock functions
Create purchase orders and work orders for warehouse operations.
Manage agendas/appointments
Oversee all Load Out/Load In of all orders.
Check for damaged or missing items upon return and update inventory accordingly.
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Create and update records and databases related to inventory
Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Qualifications

High School Diploma or General Educational Diploma (GED)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Including Word, Excel, Teams)
Previous Administrative Experience preferred
