Benefits include: biweekly pay schedule, paid vacations, employee discount programs, discounted employee meals, high school education program, and higher learning programs. Pay starts at $11.00 per hour for crew team members. Higher wages available for experienced team members. Shift managers start at $12.50-$13.50 per hour based on availability, and experience.
