JOB DESCRIPTION

Reports to: Assistant/Director of Operations Positional oversight of: Trainers, Team Members Responsibilities & Qualifications include, but not limited to: To fulfill our vision of Being The Most REMARKable Restaurant In Olathe, responsibilities and qualifications are aligned with our Core Values. Must be 18+. All leadership positions are Operations based first. Care For Our Guests by Delivering Radical Hospitality. This position champions a guest-first mindset. Guests Come First Minimum of one year experience in the hospitality industry. Passionately Represent the Brand Enthusiastically leads or supports shifts in delivering world class hospitality, all day, every day. Care For Our Team by Acting As One - This position champions a One-Team mindset. Serve and Care for Each Other Attends and participates in Leadership meetings and ensures daily Training is being done and provides any required reporting and communication. Loyal and Dependable Teammate Ability to work open, mid and closing shifts with the hours needed to meet the needs of the business. Saturday is a required workday. (Ex: as early as 5 am or as late as midnight) Engages in a partnership with all other departments (Sales and Brand Growth and Back of House, HR, etc.). Energetic and self-motivated, willing to actively engage the Team Members and contribute to a high-performance Leadership Team Care For Our Business by Pursuing Excellence Excel at Execution & Embody our Vision Completion of various checklists (Set-up, cleaning, rush-ready, etc.). Ensures the shift is using required operational systems to ensure success in guest experience, speed of service, food safety, etc. Able to efficiently manage time, multi-tasking, effective communication, and interpersonal skills. Follows, models and ensures team compliance with all Pathway content. Steward our Things and our Growth with Care and Confidence Communicates expectations and goals related to operational standards and brand expectations, and shares and enforces CFA Olathe policies and procedures. Driven to excel in an ultra face-paced environment while prioritizing and making sound business decisions under pressure and in changing situations. Possesses a Growth mindset while being solutions-oriented, possesses a learning mentality, and is teachable. Has a bottom-line mentality to proper cash handling and equipment and facility management. Duties, assignments, and schedules are subject to change to meet the needs of the business.
