This role ensures all installations are completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards and customer expectations.The Installation Specialist serves as the front-line point of contact for clients in the field, maintaining strong communication and professionalism throughout each project. This role also collaborates closely with sales, project management, and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery and achievement of gross profit targets.Essential duties and responsibilities include:Execute installation of security systems including CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, intercoms, and related low-voltage systemsEnsure all installations meet company standards for quality, safety, and code complianceDeliver superior customer service by maintaining professionalism and clear communication on job sitesServe as the primary on-site client contact during installations, addressing questions, concerns, and technical issuesCollaborate with project managers, sales staff, and operations teams to align installations with project timelines and budget requirementsPerform system testing, troubleshooting, and final commissioning to ensure optimal system functionalityMaintain detailed installation documentation including job logs, as-built drawings, and system configurationsObtain customer signature upon job completion to confirm satisfaction and project closureTrain clients on basic system operation and provide post-installation support as neededFollow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment at all timesOther duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations.
