We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Office Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for an experienced accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing financial responsibilities with operational support.
Key Responsibilities
Support Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) operations & reconciliations
Support month-end reporting, year-end close and tax preparation activities, including W-2 and 1099 preparation
Own and prepare month-end executive financial reporting
Manage customer billing, invoicing & order intake processes
Audit vendor pricing and ensure proper volume discount application
Qualifications
3–5+ years of accounting experience required
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred; CPA is a plus
Experience with QuickBooks
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach
Work Environment
