We’re looking for driven sales professionals who love prospecting, building relationships, and winning new business. On-Target Earnings: $93,700 to $103,000+ per year . The final offer will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, local market variances, candidate experience and expertise, and assigned book of business. What You'll Do Prospect and generate your own pipeline through phone, email, networking, referrals, and other outbound channels. Meet with local business owners to understand their challenges and growth goals. Present Thryv's AI-powered Growth Platform and connect solutions to customer needs. Build relationships and become a trusted partner to small business owners. Manage your pipeline and consistently work toward sales goals. Close new business and grow your territory. Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and sales development. We'll train you on the product, sales process, and tools you need to be successful. What You'll Need Sales experience with a track record of meeting goals or quotas. Experience with outbound prospecting and/or full-cycle sales. Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills. Ability to work independently in a territory-based environment. Valid driver's license and ability to meet a 50%+ driving requirement . Must live locally to the posted market, generally within a one-hour commute. SaaS, software, technology, SMB, or business-services sales experience is a plus—but it's not required. The Field Experience This is a territory-based field sales role . You'll work from a home office between customer meetings but expect to spend 50%+ of your time in the field meeting business owners, prospecting, networking, and building your territory. Why Thryv?
