Cantina Catrina Position

Ensure that guests are seated at tables that are always clean and properly mounted, in the shortest possible time. Keep the bathrooms clean and in good condition, as well as the perimeter of the restaurant and parking if applicable to location. Work with the server and the host/hostess to ensure that the guest receives excellent service. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Keep the bathrooms clean and in good condition, as well as the perimeter of the restaurant and parking.
• Check the cleanliness of the stations of the previous shift and notify the manager if there is a problem. Prepare and refill the station for the next or closing shift; set tables with clean linens, condiments, or other supplies.
• Check the side duties schedules and perform the necessary functions to perform it.
• Clean and polish counters, shelves, walls, furniture, or equipment in food service areas or other areas of restaurants, empty trash containers and mop the floor of the restaurant and bar.
• Offer assistance to the guest, remove dirty glasses and dishes and refill drinks.
• Serve ice water, coffee, rolls, or butter to patrons and assist servers with bringing food to the tables as needed.
• Clean and sanitize during the entire shift.
• Scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry dishes and other tableware to kitchens for cleaning.
• Keep the Front of House Supervisor informed of any problem or issues of importance and take the necessary actions as required and suggest solutions or alternatives as appropriate.
• Perform all activities and responsibilities in a highly effective manner in accordance with the company's established policies to achieve the objectives of your position.
• Maintain a favorable working relationship with all store employees to create and promote a healthy and harmonious work climate that will be of utmost importance both in the employee's behavior and morals, as well as in their productivity and efficiency.
• At all times provide a favorable image of Cantina Catrina to promote their goals and objectives, raise guest recognition and achieve acceptance of the commitment areas.
• Maintain adequate supplies of items such as clean linens, silverware, glassware, dishes, or trays.
• Serve ice water, coffee, rolls, or butter to patrons.
• Stock cabinets or serving areas with condiments and refill condiment containers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
