Service Dispatcher

Service Dispatcher Currently, we are seeking a Service Dispatcher to support our York, PA location. Main Duties: Schedule service repairs and dispatch field service technicians to customer locations for service based on location, skill level of the technicians, and facility response guidelines Schedule and dispatch planned maintenance to ensure timely completion Receive service requests from customers and coworkers Enter information into the computer Assist with paperwork and prepare reports May handle registering service vans, scheduling maintenance for the rental fleet, scheduling delivery trucks, and coordination of services with outside vendors Requirements: Dispatch experience desired Must possess unwavering customer service drive and focus Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Must be a team player Pleasant phone demeanor Stable work history Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and prescription plan. 401k with partial company match, paid vacation and sick days, paid holidays, short- & long-term disability, and basic/supplemental life insurance policies.
