Immediate need for a talented Registered Nurse (RN) Acute Care. This is a Full-Time Night Shift opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Hiram, Georgia (Onsite). Key Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, patient-centered nursing care
• Perform assessment, planning, and evaluation of patients
• Collaborate with healthcare team for care coordination
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Follow safety, quality, and compliance standards
• Support teamwork and continuous improvement
• Ability to deliver patient-centered, culturally competent care

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key skills; Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Single State or Compact)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (AHA or Red Cross)
• Minimum 2 years of direct patient care experience
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Experience with Med-Surg/Telemetry and post-surgical patient care preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Basic computer and documentation skills
• Associate Degree in Nursing required
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Licensure & Certifications (required upon hire):
• Active RN License (Single-State of Georgia or Compact)
• BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• Minimum 2 years direct patient care experience required
• Ability to work Night Shift (for this specific role)
• Ability to deliver individualized care in a fast-paced acute care environment
