Dedicated OTR Teams – Earn Up to $115k+ Each – Late-Model Freightliners
If you and your co-driver are ready to keep the wheels turning and maximize your earnings, this dedicated over-the-road team run is built to deliver. With steady, year-round customer freight, high mileage potential, and a massive pay scale, this is where serious team drivers come to build a lucrative career.
Massive Team Pay & Sign-On Cash
We reward the hustle of team driving with top-tier rates and straightforward bonuses:
Weekly Earnings : Average a heavy $2,200 gross weekly per driver.
Annual Potential: Our top team runners are banking $115,000+ a year each.
Team Mileage Rate: High-value mileage pay reaching up to $0.90 split team CPM based on experience.
$5,000 Split Sign-On Bonus : Paid out directly to keep cash flowing:
$1,000 per driver right after hauling your first load.
$500 per driver at the 30, 60, and 90-day marks.
Route, Equipment & OTR Lifestyle
The Schedule: Run hard for 2 weeks on the road, followed by 2 full days of home time to rest and recharge.
The Lanes: Haul customer-planned freight across the lower 48 states. (Bonus: Routes rarely touch the Northeast).
Steady Freight: No fixed lanes means total flexibility, keeping your team moving with a constant mix of live loads and unloads.
The Trucks: Command the highway in comfortable, late-model Freightliners equipped for long-haul team comfort.
What You & Your Partner Need
Active Class A CDL.
At least 3 months of solo or team tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years.
Both drivers must live within 100 miles of each other.
Primary residence must be within 100 miles of one of our major hub zones: Phoenix, Dallas, Chicago, Atlanta, or Oklahoma City.
Clean MVR and background check for both drivers (strictly not SAP friendly).
