A well-established, mission-driven outpatient primary care clinic is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join its collaborative clinical team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced community health environment, supporting patients of all ages while helping improve access to high-quality care.

As an RN in this setting, you will play an essential role in coordinating care, educating patients, and partnering with providers to ensure patients receive comprehensive and compassionate medical services.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
• At least one year of nursing experience in outpatient, primary care, or family medicine preferred
• Spanish language skills strongly valued, though not required
• Commitment to community health and culturally responsive patient care
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient education skills
