Locums - Cottage Grove, Oregon, NP/PA Emergency Medicine Opening

Start Date: 6/5/26 (Orientation on 6/4/26)
Assignment Duration: Through 9/30/26

Shift Details:

• Swing Shift
• 10-hour shifts
• 12:00pm - 10:00pm
• One FTE needed for specific coverage gaps

Provider Type:

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant accepted

Reason for Need:

• Gaps in coverage

Practice Setting:

• Hospital-based Emergency Department
• Both inpatient and outpatient emergency care coverage
• Emergency Department has 8 beds
• Additional 7 inpatient beds/rooms

Patient Population & Volume:

• All patient populations
• Average of 41 patients per day

Procedures & Experience Required:

• Standard Emergency Medicine procedures required
• Must provide documentation of emergency medicine services performed within the previous 24 months
• Will not work solo; MD/DO support available onsite

EMR: EpicRequirements:

• Board Certified - Required
• Active Oregon license - Required
• BLS - Required
• ACLS - Required
• PALS - Required
• ATLS - Required
• TNCC - Required
