As a Dialysis Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care. You will be responsible for:

• Providing direct patient care to dialysis patients in a post-acute setting
• Operating and monitoring dialysis machines, including Gambrio and Fresenius
• Collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Adhering to all safety and infection control protocols
• Floating to chronic units as required to meet staffing needs
• Participating in an on-call rotation, including weekends, 3-4 times per week
• Maintaining accurate and timely charting using the facility's computerized system
• Holding a current BLS Certification
• Need 1 year experience in setting
