(Only Include if position is based in Stamford) **Your ‘day to day’:** * Develop and execute analytics strategies aligned with business objectives. * Lead design and delivery of advanced analytics initiatives, including predictive modeling, segmentation, and optimization. * Build and maintain automated reporting and data pipelines using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Snowflake. * Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to extract insights from structured and unstructured data. * Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across analytics processes translating raw data into useable data. * Translate complex analytics into actionable insights for commercial, sales, and operations teams. * Drive adoption of best practices and innovative methodologies across analytics teams. **Who we’re looking for:** * Legally authorized to work in the U.S. * Commutable distance to Stamford, CT. * Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field. * 10+ years in data analytics/data science, including 5+ years in leadership roles within CPG or regulated industries. * Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau). * Proven experience with syndicated market data, retailer scan/loyalty data, and CPG analytics use cases. * Demonstrated success in managing multiple analytics projects and cross-functional stakeholders. * Strong communication skills for presenting complex data to non-technical audiences. * Relevant certifications (e.g., AI/ML, PMP) preferred. **Annual Base Salary Range**: $176,000 - $220,000 **What we offer:** * We offer a competitive base salary, annual bonus (applicable based on level of position), great medical, dental and vision coverage, 401k with a generous company match, incredible wellness benefits, commuter benefits, pet insurance, generous PTO, and much more! * We have implemented Smart Work, a hybrid model of working that promotes flexibility in the workplace. * Seize the freedom to define your future and ours.
