Direct hands-on field activities including land grading, irrigation setup, hardscaping, planting, and heavy equipment operation.

Read and interpret project plans to verify proper installation layout and maintain exact quality standards.

Coordinate work tasks with project managers and site superintendents to keep projects moving smoothly.

Mentor field workers by enforcing safety practices, refining their skills, and fostering team productivity.

Resolve real-time site challenges to prevent project delays while maintaining high installation quality.

Proven hands-on experience running field crews on commercial or large-scale landscape construction projects.

Core technical proficiency in grading, irrigation systems, hardscape installation, and softscaping techniques.

Demonstrated ability to read, interpret, and execute landscape blueprints and construction plans accurately.

Strong leadership, site coordination, and communication skills to direct crew daily deliverables effectively.
