What You’ll Do• Answer and direct calls with confidence and professionalism
• Greet clients and make them feel welcome immediately
• Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars
• Communicate clearly with clients and team members
• Keep the office organized and running smoothly
• Handle incoming requests and route them to the right people
• Maintain a positive, solutions-focused attitude
