Assignment Type: Contract, 6+ months

Pay: $23-$28/hour

Work Schedule: Hybrid Schedule Monday through Thursday onsite, Friday remote, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative will support the end-to-end processing of domestic and direct import customer orders. This individual will communicate with customers primarily through email and chat, enter and process orders, maintain accurate documentation, and coordinate order details across internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional customer service and respond to customer inquiries through email and chat.
• Enter, process, and maintain accurate customer orders and order information.
• Process domestic orders in Oracle for fulfillment through the company's warehouse.
• Process direct import orders using Excel workbooks and customer-provided production specifications.
• Review specifications, packaging files, and other documentation to ensure order requirements are accurate.
• Follow established order processing workflows and timelines using Asana.
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain organized records and documentation throughout the order lifecycle.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Oracle, and Asana to manage daily responsibilities.
• Monitor order details and proactively identify discrepancies or missing information.
• Manage multiple orders and priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Support additional operational projects and responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Operations, Order Entry, Customer Service, Sales Support, or a related administrative role.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with order processing, data entry, or customer account support preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter who can work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
• Comfortable learning new systems and processes.
• Experience with Oracle, SharePoint, or Asana is a plus, but not required.
• Asana experience is not required ; the team will provide training on the platform and order processing procedures.
• Consumer products, manufacturing, distribution, or import/export experience is a plus.
