We are proud to promote an equal employment opportunity workplace.Job DescriptionSUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS:Receive incoming milk, and other products as needed. Maintain a clean and sanitary work area. Perform raw product load out as needed and any other duties assigned by management.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Receive all incoming products that meet legal and company standards.• CIP of Tankers, Silos, and line circuits.• Take proper samples of incoming products for bacteria, butterfat, SNF, and inhibitory substances.• Perform appropriate testing for drug residues (according to the PMO, current edition), temperature checks, titratable acidity, and other testing required by company or regulatory.• Take proper samples to monitor CIP system for chemical strengths.• Monitor testing equipment. Replace supplies as needed.• Maintain a clean and safe work area. The milk receiving and silo room must remain USDA inspection ready at all times.• Complete assigned housekeeping responsibilities.• Ensure that the load out of all raw products is within specification prior to load out.• Service pumps and valves as needed and/or preventative maintenance schedule.• Perform load out in an efficient and sanitary manner.• Aid in the training of new personnel.• Report immediately to foreperson or supervisor of any damage, irregular activity, or unsafe conditions concerning the equipment.• Follow all safety, work, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) rules.• Support a company culture of continuous improvement by participating in efficiency and improvement efforts.• Perform other duties as assigned by management.• Responsible for Food Safety and Food Quality.KNOWLEDE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:• An individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
