Surgical Tech - Trauma, General OR- Mercy Hillcrest

This is a full-time, 12-hour shift at Scripps Mercy Hospital in Hillcrest. Trauma and General OR experience preferred. Responsibilities Ensure OR rooms are ready for surgery, including all case‑specific supplies and equipment are sterile and ready for use. Monitor sterile field throughout procedure. Scrub for cases, anticipate the needs of the physician and operating team. Position and transport patients. Organize room cleanup and ensure efficient room turnover, including decontaminating equipment as necessary. *Retention Incentive of $4K and $3K relocation incentive (100+ miles away).
