Apartment Maintenance Technician — Turnovers & On-Call Support
The Tipton Group
The Tipton Group is seeking a Make Ready Technician to maintain and improve our apartment community. You will support day-to-day maintenance, handle turnovers, and assist with electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks to keep residents satisfied. Responsibilities include 24-hour on-call support, grounds work, and coordinating with residents and staff.
