Job Description
Traveling Superintendent — Warehouse Automation / Robotics Construction
\nA growing general contractor is hiring a Traveling Superintendent to lead field operations on upcoming warehouse automation projects, involving the demolition and reconstruction of interior warehouse racking to accommodate new robotic retrieval systems.
\n \nWhat you'll do:
\n- \n
- Oversee subcontractors performing demolition, racking removal, and reconstruction/reconfiguration of interior warehouse space \n
- Coordinate schedule, quality, and safety across trades supporting new automation/robotic system installations \n
- Serve as the on-site leader from mobilization through project closeout \n
- Travel nationally as project locations are confirmed \n
What we're looking for:
\n- \n
- Superintendent experience overseeing interior warehouse renovations or racking work \n
- Warehouse automation or robotics exposure strongly preferred; AS/RS (Automated Storage and Retrieval System) experience a plus but not required \n
- Comfortable managing subcontractors on demo/reconstruction scopes rather than self-performing \n
- Willingness to travel nationwide \n
Compensation: Competitive, commensurate with experience.
