Senior Pharmacy Pricing Lead — Remote & Strategic Impact

In this role, you will lead a dedicated team and collaborate with cross‑functional partners to enhance our services and deliver exceptional value. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and mentor a team of up to 3 associates while also contributing as an individual contributor. Develop and execute annual financial models for both new and existing business operations. Provide analytical support for pricing inquiries, delivering insights and solutions. Guide strategic pricing initiatives related to RFP responses and market negotiations. Analyze metrics related to utilization, cost trends, and regulatory changes to inform pricing strategies. Lead the innovation of pricing solutions and program offerings that meet client needs. Collaborate with IT teams for data enhancement, custom analysis, and reporting that supports pricing models. Implement project plans effectively, prioritizing tasks to meet milestones and achieve results. Identify opportunities for product and service improvements in your functional area. Contribute to the creation of intellectual capital materials, such as case studies, to share insights and enhance knowledge. Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years in a people leadership role. At least 7 years of experience in pricing, actuarial work, or underwriting. 5+ years of experience in a Pharmacy Benefits Manager (PBM) or consulting environment. 3+ years of experience analyzing and modeling Commercial Pharmacy data. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL (or other coding languages). Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities to derive actionable insights from data. Knowledge of 340B, Pharmacy Revenue Integrity, and Retail/Specialty Pharmacy. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to think strategically and creatively in solving complex challenges. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with regulatory aspects of the pharmaceutical industry and pharmacy supply chain. At IlluminateRx, we offer a competitive salary range of $105,600 to $132,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, this position is eligible for short‑term incentives based on personal and business objectives.
