Position Overview

VSSI Staffing is seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead and support production teams in a fast-paced technology manufacturing environment. We are looking for candidates with a strong background in HR, supervision, or management who excel at leading teams, improving performance, and maintaining a positive workplace culture.

Pay

DOE (Depends on Experience)

Available Schedules

• Monday–Thursday
• Thursday–Sunday
• Saturday–Tuesday

⏰ Shift Hours

1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support production employees in a fast-paced work environment
• Lead daily team operations while ensuring productivity and quality goals are achieved
• Coach, train, and mentor employees to promote growth and success
• Assist with employee relations, attendance tracking, scheduling, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards
• Partner with management and HR to foster a positive, productive workplace
• Identify opportunities to improve team performance and workflow efficiency

✅ Qualifications

• 2–3 years of supervisory, management, or HR experience required
• Previous experience leading teams in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or similar environment preferred
• Strong computer and administrative skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
