*This is a full-time position providing service throughout the Pahrump area. Enjoy the freedom to balance your personal life while making a real difference in patients’ lives. As a Physical Therapist in home health care, you’ll design individualized care plans, provide hands-on therapy, and collaborate with a supportive team, all with scheduling flexibility that fits your lifestyle.

Your Impact

• Develop and update individualized care plans
• Provide physical therapy services per physician’s plan of care
• Assess functional status, mobility, and home environment
• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and equipment
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate progress to physicians

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Nevada
• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited program; passed state-approved exam
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
