Oracle SCM Lead Oracle PLM / Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
Location: Menlo Park, CA (Bay Area) Onsite/Hybrid Preferred
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle SCM Lead with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) . The ideal candidate will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle PLM solutions while partnering with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to deliver scalable, enterprise-wide solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead functional design and configuration of Oracle Fusion PLM modules, including Product Hub, Innovation Management, New Product Development (NPD), and Quality Management .
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle PLM solutions.
- Design and support integrations between PLM and Oracle SCM modules, including Inventory, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Order Management .
- Define and maintain product data governance, item master, BOM, and engineering change management processes.
- Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to align PLM capabilities with business objectives.
- Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and user training materials.
- Lead SIT/UAT, defect resolution, cutover, and go-live activities.
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration (FBDI), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and RICEFW objects.
- Provide post-production support and drive continuous process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 7+ years of Oracle SCM/Fusion experience.
- 2 3 full-cycle Oracle Fusion SCM implementations with a strong focus on Oracle PLM .
- Strong functional expertise in:
- Oracle Product Hub
- Innovation Management
- New Product Development (NPD)
- Quality Management
- Item Master, BOM, and Engineering Change Management
- Good understanding of Oracle SCM modules, including Inventory, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Order Management , and their integration with PLM.
- Experience with FBDI , Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) , and PLM data migration.
- Strong knowledge of product data governance, engineering change processes, and quality workflows.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
