Location Reserve at Kirkwood | Clarksville, TN Position Overview Job Type: Full‑time The Leasing Consultant provides information and onsite tours of the community with the intent to lease apartments to prospective residents and offers customer service to existing residents to make a positive impact for the property. Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Actively participate in leasing and marketing of the community to maximize occupancy. Tour community, amenities, and vacant apartments with prospects while having current knowledge of apartment specifications, vacancies, notices, and rental rates. Courteously process resident communications, including service requests, entering the request into Yardi and communicating the request to the Service Team. Stand to meet and greet clients, prospects, and residents in a friendly and welcoming manner, always conforming to Fair Housing regulations. Requirements 1–2 years of sales and customer service experience. Basic math skills. Competence in personal computer skills and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Must be able to work Saturdays.
