Patient Care Manager - Outpatient OR & Pre/Post OpResponsible for South County and West County locations, with potential support for an additional location opening. Monday-Friday schedule. Oversees a span of control and financial responsibility of > 72 FTE's supervised + > $2.5 million in total expenses OR > 40 FTE's supervised + > $5 million in total expenses.Responsibilities include managing individuals, developing and adhering to departmental staffing, revenue and/or expense budgets, directing the delivery of safe and appropriate patient care, ensuring team compliance with departmental policies, promoting customer satisfaction, researching and implementing systems which improve efficiency of work unit operations, and supporting and assisting the growth of existing or new business/programs.Minimum requirements include a Nursing Diploma/Associate's, 2-5 years of experience, and less than 2 years of supervisor experience.
