About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to address mental health issues.
• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.
• Engage in community outreach to promote mental health awareness.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and state regulations in all counseling practices.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• In pursuit of LPC Associate license in the state of Texas.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in individual and group counseling preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to client-centered care.
• Proficient in using electronic health record systems.
• Willingness to engage in continuous learning and personal growth.
