IXL Learning, a developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking a Professional Learning Lead to manage a small team within Texas. #LI-EM1As a Professional Learning Lead, you'll lead, manage, and motivate a small team of District Partnership Specialists and Professional Learning Specialists. You'll oversee professional development and district implementations across Texas, ensuring districts receive exceptional, consistent support that drives IXL usage and student growth. In addition to managing a small team, you'll own a small number of district accounts yourself, working directly with districts to support their implementation and deliver professional development. #LI-REMOTEWe are looking for an experienced team lead who has led and developed teams focused on implementation support and professional development for K-12 educators.
