One Strong Community...Join Our Growing Team!Mozaic (A Chapter of The Arc NY) is actively looking for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support people with disabilities in achieving their personal goals and living fulfilling lives.As a caregiver, you'll play a vital role in fostering positive self-esteem and independence-both at home and in the community-through compassionate support, encouragement, and respectful, person-centered care.Pay Range: $18.19 - 18.96 per hour + based on experience and shift differentials!Direct Support Professionals (DSP) Shifts Available:Evening Shift Available: 3 PM to 11 PM (times can fluctuate) - Must have a valid NYS driver's license for this shiftWe have full-time and relief positions available!What is Mozaic:Mozaic is a not-for-profit organization based in the Finger Lakes Region that specializes in providing services and residential facilities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are a prominent advocate for supporting and improving the lives of over 2,000 people with disabilities in our area.Direct Support Professionals (DSP) Duties:Do you enjoy helping others and want a career that truly matters? As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of people with disabilities by supporting them in their everyday routines, personal goals, and independence.In this role, you'll assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal care, and household tasks, while following care plans, medication routines, and safety guidelines with compassion and attention to detail. You'll also help people stay active and connected in their communities by providing transportation to appointments, activities, and events.DSPs work as part of a supportive team, collaborating with families, healthcare providers, and service coordinators to ensure each person receives quality, person‑centered support.
