FOOD SERVICE WORKER (FULL TIME)

Job Summary We are hiring immediately for full‑time FOOD SERVICE WORKER positions. Location: Leominster Public Schools – 24 Church Street, Leominster, MA 01453. Online applications only. Schedule: Full‑time, Monday through Friday. Hours may vary. More details provided during interview. Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour. Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables. Weigh and measure designated ingredients. Carry pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from work stations, stove, and refrigerator in accordance with safety standards. Store food in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety, and rotation procedures. Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils. Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment. Utilize approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and standard portion control. Serve customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service. Resolve customer concerns and relay relevant information to supervisor. Ensure compliance with company service standards and inventory and cash control procedures. Assure compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Prior food service experience is preferred, but not required. Any such periods during which you do not perform work on the Company’s behalf will be unpaid and deemed a temporary layoff.
