Job Description Monitors and administers the safety, environmental and security programs/issues at an assigned exchange(s). Experience in conducting investigation/audits and report writing preferred. Or Bachelor's degree and loss prevention or management experience. Experience in conducting investigation/audits and report writing preferred. Degree Bachelor’s Degree - Preferred Major/Minor Business Management - Preferred Criminal Justice - Preferred Finance - Preferred Additional Qualifications/Requirements Work Schedule - Onsite (USMA West Point) PCS not authorized. LSP not authorized. Salary Minimum $45,142.00 Major Duties Conducts internal/external inquiries involving incidents of pilferage, fraud, waste, abuse, misconduct, accidents, and other issues as determined by the Regional Loss Prevention (LP) Manager. Monitors e-commerce/online transactions. Conducts and/or supervises Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), environmental, and loss prevention (LP) inspections/surveys. Recommends and/or implements loss prevention (LP) program modifications and procedures to increase operational efficiencies and effectiveness. May be required to manage or assist in managing the Exchange Information and Personnel Security Program. Conducts interviews, obtains written statements, and prepares relevant case reports/files. Coordinates with local police/courts on theft prosecutions. Liaises with command, law enforcement, legal, and Exchange management on loss prevention (LP) activities. Provides training to associates including, but not limited to, new hires, profit protection, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), internal controls, etc. Oversees equipment management including, but not limited to, closed circuit television (CCTV) systems, electronic article surveillance (EAS), safety products, vehicles, etc. Performs other duties as assigned.
