This role partners closely with technical, analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver high‑impact solutions while managing risk, timelines, and cross‑functional teams. The position is contract‑based with strong potential for conversion to a full‑time role based on performance and business needs. Key Responsibilities Manage 2–3 concurrent mid‑size projects, primarily focused on AI and data visualization initiatives Lead cross‑functional teams of approximately 7–10 team members, including technical and business resources Drive project planning, execution, and delivery while proactively managing risks, issues, and dependencies Establish and maintain project plans, milestones, and status reporting for stakeholders and leadership Partner with technical teams to translate business requirements into clear project deliverables Ensure alignment across stakeholders and maintain consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle Support change management and adoption efforts related to data and AI‑driven solutions Required Qualifications 5–7 years of experience in project management or related roles Proven experience leading multiple mid‑size projects simultaneously Strong risk management and issue resolution skills Experience managing cross‑functional teams of 7–10 people Ability to operate effectively in a hybrid work environment Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications Background or experience in insurance or financial services (preferred, not required) Experience supporting data, analytics, AI, or visualization‑focused projects Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies Hybrid schedule: 2 days onsite, 3 days remote (onsite days to be determined) Final interview will be conducted onsite and may consist of one extended session Contract role with potential for full‑time conversion Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Contract Job function Project Management Industries IT System Data Services Benefits Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k) #J-18808-Ljbffr
