Job Description:


Provides imaging services in the Nuclear Medicine department in conformance with the departmental standards and service excellence standards while ensuring patient safety. Performs all nuclear medicine procedures required within the department.

• Perform quality control of all instruments.
• Receive radioactive tracers and determine if there is contamination of radioactivity in packaging.
• Perform safe handling and disposal of radioactive materials.
• Record keeping of radioactive material arrival and disposal.

Requirements:

• New Graduates who are board-eligible can be considered
• One of the following certifications preferred.
• NMTCB (CT) (Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board - CT).
• ARRT-(N)(CT) (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists - Nuclear Medicine and CT).
