The Fryer will join a small kitchen team and is responsible for expertly preparing fried foods while maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. Reporting to the Kitchen Manager, this role involves operating commercial fryers in a fast-paced environment that prioritizes safety and food excellence.
Responsibilities
- Operate commercial fryers to prepare food items according to quality standards
- Perform quality control checks to ensure product consistency and safety
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area and equipment
- Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations in the kitchen
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in food preparation
