General Manager (07103) – 8442 Pacific Avenue Full‑time Job Category: Store General Manager This position pays $17.13‑$26.00 an hour, with opportunities to earn bonuses each period. Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler. Prepare product and handle daily inventory and related paperwork. Receive and process telephone orders. Clean equipment and work areas daily. Deliver product to customer locations, including flyers and door hangers. Maintain customer service by communicating clearly over the phone and in person. Training and Orientation Orientation and training are provided on the job. Essential Functions and Skills Accurately perform basic arithmetic and provide correct monetary change. Give and comprehend clear written instructions. Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person. Demonstrate good motor coordination and the ability to work with a computer, telephone, calculator, and other tools. Physical Demands Stand most of the shift; walk short distances. Sit for paperwork at a desk or table. Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. Move trays and cargo on dollies or hand trucks. Climb stairs, wheelbarrows, or ladders as needed. Reach above shoulder height, bend forward, kneel, or squat occasionally while stocking or cleaning. Drive a delivery vehicle as part of the role, including navigating stairs and adverse weather conditions. Driver Requirements (if applicable) Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Access to an insured vehicle for deliveries. Navigate residential and commercial delivery locations, including multi‑story buildings.
