- Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal ATS system, and other sourcing channels
- Build and maintain candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Review and screen resumes/applicants
- Conduct initial phone screen to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience and cultural fit
- Present qualified candidates to hiring manager and/or full-cycle recruiters
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS
