Maintenance Supervisor-3rd shift

Where is the work: On-Site (5 days) What you will do: Executes the daily production schedule through the utilization of people, material, machine, and processes to meet customer requirements, schedule compliance, and cost objectives Work with other Team Leaders and employees throughout the organization, cooperating to assure the production processes support the production plan and customer requirements Assures appropriate quality checks, PM’s and audits are performed by operators to provide product and process quality Responsible for employee job training, employee performance, wage and contract administration, employee discipline, policies and procedures, attendance and vacation schedules, labor reporting, inventory accuracy, etc. Develop and implement improvements in the areas of throughput, cycle time and inventory reduction. Coordinate process problems that involve deviation from standard conditions What you will bring: 5 years’ experience in a maintenance role in manufacturing. Bachelor's degree preferred, work experience in lieu of a degree will be considered. Previous experience in a team leadership role of at least 3 years. Excellent verbal communication skills in dealing with all levels of organization Understanding of Lean Principles and/or Six Sigma application and usage Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range: $60,000.00 - $86,169.99 Compensation Type: Salary Incentive Eligible: No Sales Commission Eligible: No Disclaimer: We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
