The Company is in search of a Vice President of Marketing & Brand to take on the role of Founding Marketer. This senior leadership position is pivotal in defining the company's brand strategy, positioning, and narrative, particularly in the context of its enterprise-grade platform for middle-market companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a compelling market-facing story that resonates with both executive and technical audiences, leading foundational marketing initiatives, and shaping the early go-to-market strategy in close collaboration with product, sales, and executive teams. The role demands an individual with a proven track record in building and scaling brands, exceptional storytelling abilities, and a balance of creativity with strategic rigor. The ideal candidate for this role at the company will have over 10 years' of senior marketing experience, with a background in B2B, enterprise software, AI, data, or infrastructure. Experience as an early or founding marketer in a high-growth startup environment is essential, as is the ability to operate hands-on while setting a long-term vision. The VP of Marketing & Brand will also be expected to establish marketing infrastructure, processes, and priorities to support the company's future growth, and to serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team on brand, perception, and growth strategy.
