Details Case Management/Utilization Review department in an acute care hospital setting 12-hour evening shifts from 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM, 3 shifts per week Every other week requires 1 additional 8-hour shift (11:00 AM to 7:30 PM) resulting in 4 hours of overtime Floating required to sister campuses as needed, with travelers prioritized for floating assignments Sister campuses are within 15-20 minutes of each other Requirements Active FL or compact RN license required, with Nursys verification on profile BLS certification required Minimum 2 years of Case Management experience required Acute care experience required Degree accreditation must be documented on profile, or 5 years of experience required in lieu of accreditation documentation Driver's license address must match address on file with the Board of Nursing Additional Information Candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility, with strict verification including property records review Candidates cannot own or cosign on property within the 50-mile radius Candidates must be prepared to secure full-time housing in the area rather than commuting from outside the region No block scheduling requests accommodated All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted prior to start date and will not be approved after offer Orientation begins on a Friday, including remote orientation and an in-person visit to the facility for badge/ID Hard document deadline is the Monday prior to start date with no exceptions for pending documentation Candidates are expected to integrate as core staff and demonstrate flexibility and teamwork Interview process includes an HWL prescreen interview followed by a final manager interview American Traveler Job ID P-770564.
