Ideal Background 7+ years of success selling Applied HVAC, Building Automation Systems (BAS), controls, or integrated building solutions. Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree strongly preferred. Experience calling on consulting engineers, mechanical contractors, building owners, facility managers, and design-build firms. Strong technical understanding of chilled water systems, airside equipment, controls integration, and building automation. Demonstrated success leading complex, consultative sales cycles from specification through project award. Experience managing project financial performance and P&L responsibilities.
