Manager for Procurement & Supply Chain

About the position Lead and drive procurement performance in a global technology company. You will be a key leadership role, influencing procurement strategy, strengthening business performance, and collaborating with stakeholders across Europe to deliver lasting results. Responsibilities Lead and develop your team while driving procurement and supply chain performance across the organisation. Coordinate project requirements with procurement activities throughout the entire project lifecycle and be accountable for cost efficiency, quality and on‑time delivery during project execution. Act as the interface between local business units and divisional leadership, ensuring early procurement involvement in both customer and internal projects. Review and support category strategies, identify cost‑saving and cash‑improvement opportunities, drive demand reduction initiatives and continuously improve procurement processes, KPIs and operational efficiency. Represent Procurement & Supply Chain in project gate reviews, ensure compliance with procurement policies and sustainability objectives, and provide regular performance reporting and recommendations to management. Profile and Qualifications Bringing solid procurement experience and a successful management history. Holding a relevant degree within Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management or a similar field. Having experience with project procurement, supplier negotiations and contract management. Demonstrating a proven track record of developing and implementing procurement and supply chain strategies. Fluent in English and experienced with SAP solutions such as Ariba, S/4HANA and MDG. Work Location Based in Skanderborg, working within the Liquid Technologies department focused on advanced liquid processing and engineering solutions primarily for the food and dairy industries.
