Certified Dietary Manager (CDM)
Job Summary:
Countryside Mental Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) to join our team in Topeka, KS, United States . As a key member of our dietary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food service to our patients, while promoting a positive and supportive environment. Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of the dietary department, including menu planning, food preparation, and employee supervision
Coordinate with healthcare staff to develop and implement patient-specific dietary plans
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary environment
Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes
Collaborate with other departments to identify and address patient needs and concerns

Requirements:
Certification as a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or Registered Dietitian (RD) preferred
Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a dietary management role
