Responsibilities Provide individual, group, and family therapy to patients and their families Conduct assessments, evaluations, and treatment planning for mental health issues Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress and treatment plans Participate in team meetings and present patient progress to ensure comprehensive care Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care Stay current with industry developments and best practices in mental health care Requirements Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or related field New Hampshire State licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) or Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information About Us CHE Behavioral is a multispecialty group of licensed professionals dedicated to increasing access to mental health services and reducing the stigma of mental health conditions since 1994.
